The Crew

Silverback Air owner and chief pilot is Alan Agee. His 24 year career in the US Air Force was entirely in the field of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR). Most of that experience was in the Special Operations Forces (SOF) community. In that capacity he has experience planning and overseeing drone operations of all scales. Since leaving the military he has combined his love of aviation and photography to hone the skills necessary to deliver exceptional cinematic shots.

Alan currently holds an FAA Part 107 certification as a commercial small unmanned aircraft system (sUAS) pilot.

Communications & Industry

Insurance coverage for pole-climbers is expensive. Let us inspect your tower or rooftop for you. Not only do we carry $2 million in liability insurance, but we can get to the top of your tower and get eyes on within a few minutes of being on-site.

Our pilots are all FAA certified as commercial sUAS (drone) pilots.

We maintain membership in the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association as well as several other industry organizations.

Throughout every mission we carry $2,000,000 in liability coverage with Thimble (Verifly) small business insurance.
